1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on jili699. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jili699 account, you agree to:

• Provide your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid and active mobile number registered in your name with a Philippine telecommunications provider (Globe, SMART, DITO, or equivalent).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on jili699 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other designated online banking channels. Deposits are generally credited to your jili699 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing schedule.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jili699 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya typically within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own legal name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by jili699:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jili699 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with a bank or e-wallet provider after wagering deposited funds.
• Impersonating another person or creating an account using false personal information.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jili699 account to another person.
• Accessing jili699 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili699, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to your own error, misplay, or misunderstanding of game rules.

• Delays in payment processing caused by banks, e-wallet providers, or other financial institutions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

jili699's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili699's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, jili699 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance. In all other cases of account closure initiated by jili699, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures.

You may close your jili699 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules and the resulting balance dealt with accordingly.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.2 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. You agree not to bring any class action, collective, or consolidated proceedings against jili699.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that jili699 has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations may lodge a complaint with PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which serves as the relevant gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jili699 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili699 will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification, an email to the registered address on file, or a prominently displayed notice on the jili699 homepage.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jili699 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
